All Stars - Modifier Mania

Modifier Mania is a 1v1 tournament with a 16 player, double elimination bracket. The main gimmick of this tourney is that the map pools will consist of mostly maps with modifier(s). This does not exclude the fact that there's still some non-modifier maps in the pools.
